Cardiovascular is a heart and blood vessel disease. It disrupts the basic function of the heart and blood circulation system in the body. As a result, oxygen and other nutrients fail to reach to all cells of the body and also metabolic waste products are not fully removed from the cells and vital organs. The intima gets thickened with atheroma which abstracts the flow of the blood in the central channel of the arteries. That means some of the body tissues and organs die due to insufficient oxygen. This happens because of poor nutrition that leads to excessive fats accumulating narrowing the veins. Tobacco consumption and lack of exercise also are the major risk factors.

Every person should be informed the importance of taking nutritious food that is rich of ions, nutrients, carbohydrates, vitamins and proteins. It increases body immunity that helps fight invading foreign bacteria’s, virus and parasites. Also good sanitation and hygiene must be considered in food preparation and storage. As people say “idol mind is a devil workshop” likewise happen to isolated heart. To be clear, mind is the root of everything stored in the heart. It is through thoughts that people formulate life frequency and the course to follow. It can be good or bad depending on one thought. For example, hatred begin from the brain then it flows to the heart and as we all know that, standing water spoils the crops, anger, hatred, grievances and revenge feelings accumulate and stand still in the heart leading to horrible acts. Sincerely, this is the worst course and frequency that propel one into agony and anguishes.
