We are living in a world in which IT has been fundamental tool in revolutionizing the world as a global village. Indeed, the greatest achievement of modern times has been technological advancement that has transformed humanity completely. According to Brand (2010), trends in technology improvement have been so progressive over the past century slowly creating for man ease of operating  virtually in his spheres of influence be it in business, politics, management, investment, or social interaction (Brand, 2010). Gray (2004) observed that technological advancement have created changes in management practices and operations in organizations and countries intensely making some of these processes easy and convenient for operation. Of these innovations, Information Technology (IT) has been a field among the greatest beneficiaries creating opportunities for expansion for many people and organizations. The improvements in this field have been as extensive as the extent of the disciplines tied to it and showing greater opportunities for manipulation and integration of different concepts in management, application, and leadership into effective, and precise strategic concepts (Gant & Gant, 2002). These developments are quite instrumental owing to the complexities that surround the challenges humanity faces calling for change and improvement of strategies that have been in use this far in the management of resources and running of operations in organizations with the same capacity to handle challenges (Graham, 2010). It is on this premise that research in technological innovation and improvement in IT continues to be engaged in different capacities to ensure that there is success in mitigating limiting challenges that prove counter-productive in the workplace.
