This is a paper which gives a discussion on abnormal ejaculation as a very serious disorder which has been noted to impact on the lives of the greatest majority of males in the world today. This paper has done that by looking at the development of the disorder, some of the demographics about the diseases, the major symptoms and signs, and the methods which have been used over the years in the diagnosis of the disease among men in different parts of the world. As well, the roles of the nurse have been analysed in ensuring that the diagnosis process has been done in an appropriate manner, and also be able to achieve better treatments processes for the condition. Different diseases are possible to affect man, and one of them is premature ejaculation which can be a very devastating disorder. With normal ejaculation, usually the glands will carry the male nerve endings which have the capability of feeling the physical stimulations. During sexual intercourse, the nerve impulses will usually be transmitted into the spinal cord, and such a process will lead to the ejaculation.
