Break Even Point {CVP Analysis}

August 10, 2012

                   Assumptions of break-even analysis 1.       The break-even chart is fundamentally a static analysis; normally changes can only be shown by drawing a new chart or a series of charts 2.       Relevant range is specified to define fixed and variable costs in relation to a specific period and designated range of production level 3.       All costs fall into either fixed or variable cost classification 4.       Unit variable costs remain the same and there is a direct relationship between costs and volume 5.       Volume is assumed to be ...

I am a Great Writer, try me out

August 6, 2012

Being at Pensters where we have to bid for orders is really challenging because a writer like me who has not been assigned any order yet, finds it hard to obtain clients. Nevertheless, the truth is that I am a great writer and the only way the customer can know this is by requesting me to write. I have worked over 200 orders but wondering when will clients try me out. I keep bidding until a client finds out my samples so that at least he or she can accept my bid. I know that I am a great writer who has enabled other clients get a first class in the studies. I am hoping, one day I shall rise to the top level where I can compete with other top writers. Clients who I will no doubt keep coming back for they know my work. Welcome all.

Accounting Ratios Briefs

July 6, 2012

Accounting Ratios There are 3 important ratios : 1)         Gross profit margin 2)         Mark up 3)         Stock turnover I The above ratios are computed as follows:   1)         Gross Profit Margin = Gross Profit x 100                                              Sales (selling price)   E.g. There is No Hope of Doing Perfect Research (Griffiths, 1998, p97)

July 6, 2012

Husborn HR Department Literature Essay 16th May 2012 There is No Hope of Doing Perfect Research (Griffiths, 1998, p97) Research refers to a study that is done to solve a given problem that exists or find out things that are yet to be discovered. As long as human beings are in existence, research shall continue to exist because human beings are curious by nature. Students at universities and colleges have done research on various topics in the sciences, sociology, philosophy and religion. If there was a perfect research, then there could be no research in existence by now. Research is a continuous process that is done in order to gain knowledge about something that is unknown. I strongly agree with the statement that there is no hope for perfect research. Research is a step by step pr...

Secrets of Becoming Rich

December 23, 2011

We take many years at school learning so as to make our future bright. One thing we do forget is that, the knowledge we have an be used to generate income. The secret I have learnt is to live one day at atime. Find out what you can do best, specialise in it and make sure that you devote some time to study the requirements for success. If you need to make $9000 per month, begin by setting short term goals that lead to that target. For this case, you need to make $300 per day. If you do this daily, then at the end you can achieve. Next thing is to get started now, for today is the only cash we have, tommorrow is just a promisory note. I said get started now. Bye.

Please Don't Laugh At Him!

December 21, 2011

David had a nap as there was no lecture in the afternoon. After 20min of sleep, he felt a blot in his stomach, he then knew that he had some air to be released out of the body. He did it in the natural; fatting loudly since he knew that he was the only one in the room. Little did did he know that his roommate had arrived with his girlfriend in the room. After fatting out loudly, he was surprised to hear people laughing in his room, He then Knew that he was in trouble. They didn't say a word but only left the room. David had learnt a lesson in his life. Fantastic.Isn't it?

There is No Hope of Doing Perfect Research (Griffiths, 1998, p97).

December 21, 2011

  There is No Hope of Doing Perfect Research (Griffiths, 1998, p97).   Research involves a detailed study or investigation aimed at obtaining some specific facts or truth about something. This truth may have been concealed and therefore requires to be discovered.  I do agree that there is no hope of doing perfect research as observed by Griffiths If research could have been perfect, then it could no longer be existing today because there would have been nothing left to be discovered. Research is a continuous search for the truth and therefore will never end at any particular time as long as life goes on. Research is done by human beings and therefore is prone to have many flaws. For example, any research done on a specific idea by two researchers may lead to different co...
