If the order falls under the category of Progressive delivery, each part of the delivered paper is reviewed independently.

If you notice that you were charged twice and you received two receipts from the payment processing system (e.g. PayPal.com or Moneybookers.com), do not hesitate to contact us. Forward both receipts to our email and the full amount of the second payment will be refunded to you in the nearest time possible.

• Before PDF preview order was approved (in parts).
• If the requested writer did not confirm the ability to work on your order and no other writer is found to complete the assignment, you will receive a full refund back to your account.
• If you wish to cancel your order after we have already received writer`s confirmation (regardless of whether the writer was requested for the order or applied to it him/herself), you will receive 90% refund. 10% of the total price remains with the service.
• After you have approved PDF preview order and accepted editable version of the paper (in parts).
• Each customer has an opportunity to review his/her order and request for additional corrections if needed. However once you press "Approve" button which gives you an access to an editable and printable version of the paper (part of the paper), you are not able to request any refund. By pressing "approve" button you confirm that you are satisfied with the quality of the product (part of the product) received and have no complaints about writer`s work.
• You are not able to claim for a refund if the paper (part of the paper) was approved either by you or automatically by the system. To avoid inconveniences please make sure you check your paper (part of the paper) in time.
• If several parts of the paper are completed by the writer and only some of them are approved by you, the payment for the approved parts of the paper will not be refunded back to you but will be transferred directly to writer`s balance. Nevertheless, you will receive a full refund for those parts of your order which are not approved.
