Business environment

            A business environment entails social, economical, political or legal conditions that influence operation of an organization. Business environment consists of external and internal environment.  Internal environment includes conditions that are within the business such as equipment, materials plus management.   External environment is split into macro and microenvironment and contains factors that are not controllable by an organization.  Business environment influences the operation of a business hence it is fundamental for starters to understand the environment in which the business is to occur.
