It is now a widely acknowledged fact that success is not only the result of outstanding talent. The achievement of champion status in any area of life is more often than not the outcome of dedicated and purposeful practice coupled with the right attitude. Champions are those who have exceptional desire to succeed. Tasks which they act on with profound single mindedness.  It is noteworthy to point out that not only do they act on these tasks but they  also gather feedback on the results regularly thus enabling them to make the necessary changes when the results are not desirable. Champions have very highly developed sense of self discipline too, a quality that in most cases propels them to leadership positions thus consolidating their success even further. And last but not least, champions are never swayed of the course by either mistakes or failures. For them failures are but temporary challenges that serve only as learning experiences which are vital for improvement and the enhancement of knowledge. Therefore, anyone can become a champion if they so desire. All that is needed is confidence, a go getter attitude and the desire to acquire the right skill set for success.
