Intelligence is the power, sense and the ability to understand the situation in meaning full way. Intelligence is the capability to learn things in a constructive way, demonstrate the thinking that brought the fruitful results moreover it is the power to understand the situation properly, analyze it accurately and to develop & construct the solution that is acceptable and pragmatic according to the particular scenario/situation.   The word “IQ” was derived from the German language by the German psychologist William Stern in 1990s. The IQ (Intelligence Quotient) is the score or numbers that describe and measure the person’s level of intelligence. The French government was the supporter of this project aiming to develop the tool to asses the children’s intellectual ability level specially between the normal and inferiors one.   The point to discuss that, the IQ score that is the result in numbers is the accurate measure to describe and assess the persons intelligence level and are these numbers really portray the mental ability level to understand and analyze the situation, to respond properly and accurately and to think proactively and constructively.   To get the answer this argument, first we should analyze those people that we meet regularly in our hometown, play area, institutions or even at in our workplace. This analysis will give a great insight to understand that the persons who have well in intelligence not necessarily that these persons are accurately as successful in their professional or practical lives as they performed in the IQ test by scoring high or even they are very intelligent in their understanding, analyzing and responding the situations. The question arises that if IQ test are not an accurate measure of a person's intelligence, what are the correct measure and what factors are involved that affect on the accuracy of the test.
